A fantastical story about writer's block gone too far.  Featuring a tweaked-out story by the Brunk himself,

and some stunt camera work by the man himself(shooting up though a typewriter??).  Matt Whelan risks life and limb and ultimately steals the show with his acting on this one.  YES, that's Matt submerged in frigid Lake Ontario waters in November!  YES, that's Matt running barefoot along the beach at night(in Nov!) digging in the frozen sand.  YES, that's Matt sprinting full tilt down a Toronto street barefoot in December.

Cal followed me on my Feb/Mar '05 Northeastern US tour ... NYC, Philly, D.C., Johnstown,PA ... and many more. He lived it: he got in the van, slept on floors and couches and shot everything. He caught a magic night in Johnstown,PA, a beautiful morning on Long Island, a snowy drive into Philly, a rainstorm busking in NYC ... makes me wanna get back in the van ...
